HALLOWEEN

I love the fall season. I have always enjoyed my kids getting dressed up for Halloween. I didn't think they would this year, however, both Cassie and Jillian were invited to Halloween parties. Cassie's party was Friday night during Bobby's football game, so I couldn't be there to get pictures. I asked JP's mom to take some and she is "normal" and only took "two" pictures, where I would have taken at least 10. That is why there is only two pictures of Cassie and Jillian has lots!!!!!

Cassie and JP. They were nerdy soccer players...

JP, his sister Haley and Cassie... Jillian my Indian girl...

VI AND GIL'S 40TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY DINNER

As you all know from reading my blog... Vi is a dear dear friend. She is one of my Paperdoll Girls and we have been scraping together for over 7 years. She is a friend, I believe, God speaks of in the bible. The older generation who mentors the younger and she is "that" mentor to me. She is a Godly woman and a wonderful role model. I am truly blessed to call her friend.

My other great friend Beverly, and also one of the Paperdoll Girls, arranged this surprise Anniversary Party for Vi and Gil. Here are the pictures of the evening...

The surprise!!!!

Vi's daughter and son in-law, Jennifer and Ryan, also joined us. They brought the most beautiful wrist corsage for Vi....

PAPERDOLL GIRLS GET AWAY TO SEDELIA'S CABIN!!!!

This has been one crazy busy week... Homecoming week and getting away with my Paperdoll girls. First thing Sunday morning, after Jillian's Homecoming, Linda and I left for Sedelia's cabin outside of Oroville. She opens up her cabin once a year for us to come and scrapbook while she "completely caters to our every need"! Thank you Sedelia.

Having lunch...

This year we didn't really work outside on the covered patio because it was just too chilly...
Beverly putting together a scrapbook we did, as a thank you gift, for Sedelia...

Vi giving Sedelia her gift...
Sedelia looking through her book...A group picture.....

Sedelia was in Alaska when Sarah Palin resigned as Governor. She bought me this tee-shirt and brought the Alaska paper back for me. Isn't' that sweet?

Well... this picture is proof we can all get along... (I am praying for you Sedelia, hahaha)

Toast on the deck...
Sedelia serving up one of her delicious meals...
OK, we did scrapbook while we were enjoying the good life!

Vi resting from all her hard work...Linda enjoying a snack....

Oh my favorite, Beverly having a brownie. Heavenly...
These are our Paperdoll mugs. Beverly made these for us last Christmas.
Morning crazy pictures... I love this picture of Beverly and her mug...

Lunch before we left. Sedelia and Beverly...

Sedelia and her husband Lonni. They actually have two cabins around Berry Creek, the one we stayed in is for family and friends, and this cabin is their actual home. Isn't it beautiful?

I love my Paperdoll girls. I am blessed!!!
